Background
MCD was established in 2001 by John & Monique McDonald as a communications agency with the vision to be a solutions provider in the industry.

Experiencing the frustration through working in and with agencies was the driving force behind creating a company that would allow optimal client relationships and delivery of solutions that exceed our client’s expectation.

Working with a strong strategic foundation of client service managers allows us to either assist our clients develop marketing communication strategies, or to subscribe to and support their internally developed strategies.

Our client service team forms the important link between client needs and objectives and our creative and production team which aids in the development of creative concepts and the execution of new ideas.

Our strategy to integrate with our production partners enable us to have direct control over the production process, resulting in the delivery of quality printed materials and collateral within often short lead times. This launched us into a new level of service delivery and reliability – taking the pain out of print production and procurement and ensuring delivery as per the original intention in the concept phase of communication development.
